About the position

The Sales Manager for DoorDash for Business will lead a team of Enterprise Account Executives focused on acquiring new Enterprise customers across the U.S. This role is pivotal in driving growth within DoorDash's enterprise vertical, leveraging the company's marketplace and infrastructure to provide meal procurement solutions to Fortune 1000 companies. The manager will collaborate with various departments to develop strategies that enhance customer acquisition and revenue generation.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of approximately 8 Enterprise Account Executives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to build pipeline and drive new customer acquisition.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, finance, and product to execute growth initiatives.
  • Coach and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Foster a high morale team environment that prioritizes personal development.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Mid-Market/Enterprise sales.
  • 3+ years in sales leadership managing a SaaS team covering Mid-Market/Enterprise accounts.
  • Proven ability to build relationships with large corporations and understand their needs deeply.
  • Experience in structuring creative deal terms that lead to successful outcomes.
