The position is responsible for achieving or exceeding sales and gross margin rate budgets within a designated sales territory, specifically focusing on the construction, communication, industrial, utility, and commercial, institutional, and government (CIG) markets. The role involves managing a team of seven to ten sales representatives and/or trainees, overseeing an annual budget of up to $4 million, and may include serving as a sales trainer.
