About the position

The Sales Manager for the Entrepreneur segment at Klaviyo will lead a team of 8-10 new business Account Executives, focusing on expanding the client base through various channels. Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of 8-10 new business Account Executives.
  • Recruit, train, and develop new and existing Account Executives.
  • Increase client base through inbound, outbound, and partner channels.
  • Manage the accuracy of sales forecasts and key performance indicators.
  • Conduct 1:1 meetings with direct reports to drive accountability and performance.
  • Enforce weekly scorecard reviews to identify performance gaps.
  • Drive outbound efforts to generate and close new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, training, and support departments.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience managing Account Executives or comparable experience.
  • Experience working with complex accounts requiring legal modifications, RFPs, and security assessments.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Passion for training and development.
  • Ability to analyze data and measure representative performance.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and a self-starter.
