About the position

Cadillac Marin is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager/Finance Manager Hybrid to lead the sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures, enabling them to assist customers effectively and close deals on additional product offerings.

Responsibilities

• Provide recommendations and assistance to customers in arranging financing for their purchases.
• Present customers with additional product offerings to enhance their vehicle and ownership experience.
• Ensure sales are structured to produce the highest profitability.
• Maintain proficiency and certifications as required for the position.
• Accurately desk deals, submit deals to lenders for approval, make credit decisions, and effectively close deals.
• Ensure every deal is fully aligned with local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Prepare paperwork, contracts, and deliver deals.
• Accurately audit team deals post-sale and analyze for improvements.
• Guarantee the expeditious funding of all contracts.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in a sales or finance role, preferably in a dealership setting.
• Valid driver's license.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience in negotiation and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures.
• Proficient at structuring deals for maximum profitability.
• Well-versed in title laws and registration processes.
• Professional personal appearance.

Nice-to-haves
