About the position

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Manager of Business Development at Complete Maintenance, Inc. The Manager of Business Development will be responsible for leading the strategy and execution of business development initiatives, including identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and driving revenue growth. The role is located in Euless, TX, with flexibility for some remote work. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development or sales leadership roles, preferably in the janitorial or maintenance field. This position requires strong business acumen and strategic thinking, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills. The Manager will be expected to build and manage relationships with key stakeholders and demonstrate a strong ability to drive revenue growth and achieve targets. A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is required.
