About the position

The Sales Manager/Fuel Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales performance, growth, and profitability in Senergy's profit centers, which include commercial fuels, lubricants, cardlock, diesel exhaust fluid, chemicals, and equipment. This role involves coaching and developing sales representatives, monitoring sales performance, and implementing sales strategies to enhance customer engagement and business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Train, coach, and mentor sales representatives to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge.
  • Monitor sales performance, volume, and gross profit trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to develop sales strategies and plans for growth and profitability.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Lead the implementation of sales campaigns and initiatives to drive sales performance.

Requirements

  • 8 years of experience in sales management within the fuel or lubricants industry.
  • Strong knowledge of sales strategies and customer relationship management.
  • Ability to analyze sales performance metrics and market trends.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Salesforce CRM.
  • Ability to relocate to Houston, TX before starting work.
