About the position

The Sales Manager for Hospice at Amedisys is responsible for overseeing business development within the assigned territory, which includes Waco, Temple, and Bellville Care Centers. This role involves managing account executives, implementing sales initiatives, and developing marketing strategies to achieve growth quotas. Responsibilities

• Supervise and oversee the performance of account executives from care centers within the assigned territory.
• Implement and carry out the sales initiatives set forth by the company.
• Assist account executives in establishing and developing new business contacts and maintaining current relationships.
• Develop and implement a sales and marketing plan to achieve established growth quotas.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business and/or management preferred.
• Three years of sales experience in the health care industry.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.
• Reliable transportation, current driver's license, and liability insurance.
