About the position

The Sales Manager Hospitality at Core Health & Fitness will lead sales efforts in the North America region, focusing on the hospitality sector. This role involves building relationships with global hotel groups and managing high-level client interactions to drive growth in FF&E sales. The Sales Manager will develop and execute sales strategies, promote innovative solutions, and ensure alignment with cross-functional teams to meet client needs and exceed sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Spearhead the development and execution of an aggressive sales strategy to grow the business in the North America Hospitality sector.
  • Build, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with Global Hotel Groups, Hotel General Managers (GMs), and procurement leaders.
  • Prospect, develop, and close new business opportunities by leveraging a deep industry network.
  • Promote products and solutions with an understanding of their impact on the hospitality industry.
  • Drive contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms for both the company and the client.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams such as Product Development, Marketing, and Customer Support.
  • Keep abreast of market trends, competitive landscapes, and evolving client needs.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 8 years of demonstrated success in FF&E sales targeting global or national hospitality groups.
  • Extensive experience working with hotel procurement teams, design heads, and GMs.
  • A strong and well-established network of high-level contacts within the Hospitality industry.
  • Familiarity with hospitality, wellness, and fitness solutions is a plus.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
