Responsibilities

  • Acquire and service customer accounts in the assigned territory
  • Build strong business relationships with key accounts and continuously seek new opportunities to grow business within the territory
  • Identify, build and maintain contact lists/opportunities
  • Present to current and prospective clients to educate them on services and obtain referrals for business
  • Implement strategies to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention
  • Attain goals as outlined in the annual performance evaluation
  • Communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to the management

Requirements

  • 5 - 7 years of sales experience, with a strong preference for experience in hospitality/staffing
  • In-depth knowledge of the hospitality industry
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (Hubspot, Salesforce, etc)
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
