About the position

The Automotive Sales Manager at Kelly Toyota & Kelly Hyundai is responsible for leading a high-performing sales team in Hamburg, PA. This role requires a dynamic individual with a strong background in auto sales and management, who is passionate about customer service and team development. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in auto sales, excellent coaching abilities, and a desire to foster a positive and productive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the automotive sales team to achieve sales targets.
• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions with sales consultants to improve performance.
• Engage with customers on the sales floor to enhance customer experience.
• Oversee the desking and closing of deals to ensure successful transactions.
• Develop and implement training programs for new and existing sales staff.
• Foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration and high performance.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years recent auto sales experience is required.
• Verifiable auto sales experience of 12 or more deliveries a month is required.
• Recent auto management experience is preferred.
• Valid Driver's License is required.
• Experience with internet/social networking is helpful.
• Excellent coaching and training skills are necessary.
• Proven desking and deal closing abilities are essential.
• High energy and positive leadership qualities are required.
