About the position
The Sales Manager at Thorne Research Inc. is responsible for overseeing the Inside Sales team focused on the MD customer segment. This role involves managing daily operations, ensuring performance and call objectives are met, and providing coaching and support to Inside Sales Representatives. The Sales Manager will also collaborate with Sales Leadership to enhance selling efforts and manage designated accounts.
Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Inside Sales team focused on the MD customer segment.
- Ensure that Inside Sales Representatives meet performance and call objectives.
- Coach Inside Sales Representatives on sales activities and skills.
- Collaborate with Sales Leadership to support selling efforts.
- Work with designated accounts as assigned.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a call center environment.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Senior level experience in sales management.
