Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with general contractors to align bids and services with their needs.
• Identify value engineering solutions and clarify scopes of work to enhance proposals.
• Proactively seek and earn scope review meetings with potential clients to drive new business opportunities.
• Monitor project pipelines and maintain awareness of project status.
• Collaborate with internal teams to prepare accurate bids and ensure smooth project handovers.
• Present tailored solutions to secure successful bid awards.

Requirements

• 3+ years of HVAC or mechanical construction experience, focusing on multi-family new construction.
• Proven ability to identify client needs and provide cost-effective, value-driven solutions.
• Strong relationship-building skills with demonstrated success in sales and account management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and Adobe.
• An associate or bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field is preferred but not required.

Nice-to-haves

• Prior experience in HVAC estimation, project management, or construction plan reading is preferred.
