About the position

The Sales Manager for NACI OCI Commercial Named is responsible for leading a team of sales representatives focused on Oracle's Cloud Infrastructure and AI/ML services. This role involves recruiting, training, and motivating the sales team to achieve revenue targets while developing relationships with strategic clients. The Sales Manager will also negotiate significant transactions and ensure customer satisfaction in the sales process.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of strategic Cloud Infrastructure Sales Representatives.
  • Recruit, hire, and train sales representatives on the Oracle sales process.
  • Generate and achieve monthly territory forecasts and accurately predict revenue.
  • Handle overall responsibility for commercial sales and customer satisfaction for Oracle's Cloud Infrastructure and Platform Services portfolio.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve Oracle's opportunities across all products.
  • Sell and promote Oracle products, negotiating prices and terms of sale.
  • Interact regularly with Senior Management and Executives to meet unit objectives.
  • Partner with elite Systems Integrators to align strategic project plans.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience leading technology sales professionals.
  • Ability to hire and train top talent in sales.
  • Strong leadership and public speaking skills.
  • Quantitative, analytical, and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Technical knowledge of cloud providers and business models.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience selling Public Cloud Infrastructure or related services.
  • Experience selling outsourcing solutions to Vertical Industries.
  • Expert understanding of cloud adoption patterns including Hybrid and Cloud Native.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary range from $115,000 to $232,300 per annum.
  • Potential eligibility for equity compensation.
