About the position

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a high-performing sales team, including recruiting, training, and performance appraisal.
  • Provide leadership and direction to ensure professional growth and retention of team members.
  • Direct enablement KPIs that support sales plans to achieve market share objectives.
  • Collaborate to develop partner value propositions and recruitment content.
  • Manage and optimize product listings for search and conversion.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Transform customer feedback into actionable value propositions and sales tools.
  • Monitor customer reviews and feedback to enhance product ratings and satisfaction.
  • Stay updated with Amazon policies and best practices to maximize sales potential.
  • Support the creation of a centralized dashboard for sales data analysis.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in sales, marketing, and/or e-commerce.
  • Legal authorization to work in the US without sponsorship.

Nice-to-haves

  • Prior people management experience.
  • Strong acumen in business intelligence and analytics, particularly Power BI.
