About the position

The Sales Manager for E-commerce and National Accounts at Eaton Corporation is responsible for leading the nationwide strategy for the Eaton Distributed IT channel. This hybrid role requires a strong understanding of the e-commerce landscape, particularly the Amazon ecosystem, and involves managing a team of account management professionals to achieve sales goals, enhance customer satisfaction, and drive market share growth. The position also entails developing pricing strategies and optimizing product listings to maximize sales potential.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, including recruiting, training, and performance appraisal.
  • Provide leadership and direction for professional growth and retention of team members.
  • Direct enablement KPIs to support sales plans and market share objectives.
  • Collaborate to develop partner value propositions and recruitment content.
  • Manage and optimize product listings for search and conversion.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Transform customer feedback into value propositions and sales tools.
  • Monitor customer reviews and feedback to improve product ratings.
  • Stay updated with Amazon policies and best practices to maximize sales potential.
  • Support the creation of a centralized dashboard for sales data.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in sales, marketing, and/or e-commerce.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with business intelligence tools, particularly Power BI.
