About The Position
The Sales Manager at Stanton Optical is responsible for leading the sales team, driving sales performance, and creating a positive team atmosphere. This role involves supporting the Brand Manager in executing action plans, training and coaching associates, and ensuring operational excellence in the store. The Sales Manager will also collaborate closely with the Clinical team and Lab Staff, while having frequent exposure to Senior Leadership. The position is focused on achieving sales goals and fostering a culture of accountability and empowerment among team members.
