Responsibilities

• Communicate professionally and effectively with the team, management, and associates.
• Assist in hiring and actively recruit to fill open positions timely.
• Provide consistent feedback to the store team and recognize exceptional performance.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized store according to company standards.
• Lead and execute an assigned Division of Responsibility (DOR) through planning and follow-through.
• Perform Leader on Duty responsibilities, driving results and addressing customer concerns.
• Modify schedules based on business climate to maximize sales and productivity.
• Utilize customer feedback to identify areas of opportunity and implement actions to drive results.
• Support the planning and execution of store processes and merchandise placement efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year in retail store management experience.
• Demonstrated customer engagement skills.
• Strong listening, written, and oral communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
• Basic computer skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
