Responsibilities

• Lead and execute an assigned business focus area with detailed planning.
• Perform Leader on Duty responsibilities, addressing customer concerns promptly.
• Utilize customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Build customer loyalty through company-sponsored programs.
• Provide feedback to the store team and address performance concerns with the Store Manager.
• Support asset protection through customer service and operational controls.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in computer and technology skills (Outlook, Excel, web navigation).
• A positive and solutions-oriented mindset.
