Responsibilities

  • Lead and cultivate a high-performing sales team focused on solution selling and customer service.
  • Engage and inspire team members to achieve maximum performance.
  • Recruit, hire, coach, and retain talented associates while setting clear performance expectations.
  • Create a culture of consultative selling and develop ongoing professional relationships with customers.
  • Maintain accountability for results within the store's tech and mobile area.
  • Partner with other store managers to promote a customer-centric environment.
  • Oversee the timely completion of required training for all store associates.
  • Exhibit professionalism while performing job responsibilities.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of store sales management experience.
  • Commission-based sales experience required.
  • Ability to lead a team and work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday).
  • Personable and approachable with strong networking skills.
  • Positive, can-do attitude with the ability to coach and motivate a diverse team.
  • Initiative-taking with effective project and deadline management.
  • Reliable transportation and punctuality.
