About the position
The Sales Manager & Training Coordinator for the Customer Experience Team at Beyond Brunch Sundays is a part-time, hybrid role focused on enhancing customer engagement and team development. This position involves reaching out to past brunch attendees to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat visits, while also managing and training a part-time team. The role requires attending weekly in-person sessions to guide the team and develop training materials, all while implementing effective sales strategies to boost bookings.
Responsibilities
- Reach out to past brunch attendees to gather feedback and encourage repeat business.
- Lead and train a customer experience team, providing ongoing support and coaching.
- Develop and implement systems to streamline operations and optimize team performance.
- Engage with past brunch attendees to address concerns and ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Attend weekly team calling sessions on Tuesdays to guide and motivate the team.
- Attend Sunday Brunch regularly to understand guest expectations and culture.
- Earn commissions based on successful bookings.
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales management, training coordination, customer service, or marketing.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Quick thinker with the ability to resolve challenges and adapt to changing situations.
- Passion for guest satisfaction and creating exceptional experiences.
- Experience with implementing systems and processes for team efficiency.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Reliable transportation to attend in-person team sessions and events.
- Ability to commit to weekly Tuesday evening team sessions.
Nice-to-haves
- Customer service experience (3 years preferred).
- Training & development experience (2 years preferred).
- Willingness to relocate to Plantation, FL.
