As the Sales Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our mission to bring the exhilarating world of F1 Arcade to the heart of our upcoming Washington, D.C location.

Responsibilities

  • Lead sales efforts by driving revenue and excellence through strategic planning, prospecting, and execution of private events and large group bookings.
  • Utilize established network and book of business to secure corporate and social sector clients for the D.C. location.
  • Guide and develop a team of Events Managers and Sales Coordinators to exceed targets and deliver world-class service.
  • Design and implement innovative sales strategies, analyze market trends, and identify opportunities for cross-selling and revenue optimization.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager, Event Manager, or Catering Manager in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership skills and strategic mindset.
  • Ability to make data-driven decisions and analyze key performance indicators like ROI and KPIs.
  • Knowledge of venue markets, consumer trends, and competitive analysis.
  • Familiarity with CRM software, including Tripleseat, SevenRooms, and Toast.
  • Deep understanding of venue operations and ability to lead a high-performance sales team.
