About the position

As a Sales Manager at Cryo Recovery and Wellness (soon to be rebranded as Peak Vitality), you will be instrumental in driving the growth and success of our wellness center. This role involves leading a dedicated team, building client relationships, and managing in-house sales and marketing efforts. You will oversee daily operations, ensuring a seamless experience for clients and staff while fostering a high-performance culture focused on wellness and client engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales and front-desk team to deliver excellent service and achieve sales goals.
  • Conduct consultations with clients to educate them on services and recommend personalized wellness plans.
  • Manage in-house sales, including membership packages and service upgrades, while leveraging referral programs.
  • Build strong relationships with clients to ensure a positive experience and support long-term retention.
  • Oversee daily operations, including team scheduling and inventory management.
  • Develop and execute local marketing initiatives to attract new clients and create partnerships with local businesses.
  • Track and analyze key sales metrics and customer feedback to adjust strategies and maximize performance.
  • Assist in the onboarding and ongoing development of team members, offering coaching to improve skills.
  • Work closely with the leadership team to set sales targets and strategies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably within the wellness or health industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in team management, coaching, and performance evaluation.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Ability to analyze sales metrics and develop strategies to drive results.
  • Familiarity with weight loss strategies and care plan development is highly desirable.
  • Background in personal training or fitness instruction is a plus.
  • Understanding of behavioral health principles as they relate to wellness is beneficial.
  • A passion for helping others achieve their health goals through holistic approaches.
