About the position

The Sales Manager at Senior Living is responsible for driving sales and managing relationships within the community. This role involves collaborating with the Executive Director to utilize marketing databases effectively and achieve budgeted goals related to census, payer mix, and revenue. The Sales Manager will also facilitate the move-in process and maintain relationships with referral sources to ensure the needs of residents are met.

Responsibilities

  • Provide hands-on sales expertise for the appointed community.
  • Partner with the Executive Director to utilize the MatrixCare Marketing leads database and keep it current.
  • Meet or exceed budgeted census, payer mix, and revenue goals.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with organizations associated with senior housing.
  • Facilitate the move-in process for new residents.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, or Communications preferred.
  • One (1) year of experience in Sales.
  • Three to five (3-5) years of proven direct sales experience.
  • Ability to work responsibly as a team member and individually.
  • Practice and promote the company's policies and procedures, mission, vision, and values.
  • Serve as a positive role model and spokesperson.
  • Computer literate.
