Vape City Smoke Shop is seeking a Full-Time Sales Manager for its Holliston, MA location. The role involves overseeing daily sales operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and contributing to a positive team environment. The Sales Manager will be responsible for meeting sales goals, managing product shipments, and engaging customers with new products and promotions.

Responsibilities

• Meet daily sales goals
• Maximize profitability through excellent customer service
• Promote a positive customer experience by keeping all customer areas clean
• Process any incoming product shipments in a timely fashion
• Contribute to a positive team environment in the store
• Process customer transactions and other register functions while adhering to company cash handling policies
• Introduce and engage clients with new product and leverage promotions and product knowledge to increase sales
• Acquire customer contact information for rewards program

Requirements

• One or more years of successful retail experience
• High School diploma or GED
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Passion and introductory knowledge of vape/smoke products
