About the position

As a Sales Manager at Brookdale, you will play a crucial role in guiding families and older adults through the sales journey, from initial interest to move-in. This position requires collaboration with local professionals to generate referral leads and partnership with leadership to develop and execute sales and marketing plans aimed at meeting community revenue and occupancy goals. Responsibilities

• Guide families and older adults through the sales journey from interest to move-in.
• Work with local professionals and volunteers to generate referral leads.
• Partner with leadership to develop and execute sales and marketing plans to meet community revenue and occupancy goals.
• Participate in a 3-week onboarding and orientation program to learn Brookdale's sales approach and systems.
• Engage in ongoing monthly continuing education for knowledge growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred or equivalent combination of experience and education required.
• Valid driver's license.
• Minimum of 2 years relevant and recent sales experience.
• Strong working knowledge of technology and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and electronic documentation.
