About the position

As a Sales Manager at Orangetheory Fitness, you will play a crucial role in driving membership sales and enhancing the fitness journey of new clients. This position requires an energetic and goal-oriented individual who can effectively communicate the benefits of the Orangetheory workout, manage member relationships, and contribute to the studio's success through lead generation and conversion.

Responsibilities

• High focus on lead outreach, conversion, and generation.
• Greet everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy, and knowledge.
• Give studio tours and sell memberships to help the studio thrive and meet monthly goals.
• Follow up with prospective members and handle member concerns professionally.
• Participate in marketing and outreach events and initiatives.
• Work with the manager to hit monthly KPIs.
• Cross-train with the Operations Manager to assist with facility issues.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the fitness realm.
• Strong sales and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to establish effective working relationships with both prospective and existing members.
• Proven flexibility and willingness to handle various tasks independently and meet deadlines.
