About the position

The Sales Manager at Pure Barre is responsible for overseeing all studio sales functions, driving sales and service excellence for the luxury fitness brand. This role involves managing marketing campaigns, supervising sales representatives, and providing exceptional customer service to create a supportive community for members. The Sales Manager will also be involved in generating leads, managing memberships, and ensuring the studio operates smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Strategically manage marketing campaigns to generate leads for the studio
  • Review all SOPs from Corporate Sales team
  • Supervise Sales Representatives and ensure Daily Lead Management checklist is executed
  • Communicate SOP + weekly scripts to Sales Associates weekly and as needed
  • Generate studio leads by participating in Grass Roots Marketing, networking, and community events
  • Provide exceptional level of customer service at the studio to existing members via face-to-face service, phone and email
  • Implement proven sales process to schedule prospects into introductory classes
  • Assist with studio membership and retail sales
  • Manage memberships in studio CRM Platform
  • Collect outstanding dues
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio
  • Enforce studio policies and procedures
  • Become proficient at ClubReady software to troubleshoot client account inquiries and possible sales opportunities
  • Contact prospects/leads to schedule barre class and enroll them in a membership
  • Any other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • 2+ years of fitness sales or relevant sales experience preferred
  • Confident in generating personal sales and training Sales Reps
  • Ability to manage and drive multiple revenue streams including memberships and retail
  • Previous management or supervisory experience required
  • Must have excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person and over the phone
  • Must be solution-based and results oriented, competitive spirit
  • Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgment
  • An affinity and passion for fitness
  • Professional, punctual, reliable and neat and organized
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Trustworthiness and ability to handle confidential information
  • Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients and the general public
  • Proficiency with computers and Studio software
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule with nights and weekend availability
