About the position

The Sales Manager at Anytime Fitness is responsible for driving sales performance and new client acquisition for the facility. This role involves understanding potential clients' backgrounds and goals, building trust, and providing solutions to help them achieve a healthier lifestyle. The Sales Manager will also manage day-to-day operations, lead a cohesive team, and promote the brand within the community.

Responsibilities

• Own sales performance goals and new client acquisition for the facility.
• Qualify, inform, inspire, and convert leads to members through membership and training sales.
• Establish relationships with businesses and influencers in the community to promote the brand through B2B marketing.
• Coordinate and execute engagement campaigns, national marketing campaigns, and community outreach efforts.
• Lead and motivate a team to foster a positive environment for members and guests.
• Manage day-to-day operations, including sales operations tasks as needed.
• Create an inspiring environment that encourages members and guests to share their positive experiences.

Requirements

• 1 year of sales management experience
• Strong leadership skills
