About the position

The Sales Manager at Orangetheory Fitness is responsible for driving membership sales and fostering a positive environment for prospective and existing members. This role focuses on lead outreach, conversion, and generating interest in the Orangetheory workout, while also ensuring that the studio meets its monthly goals. The Sales Manager is expected to provide excellent customer service, handle member concerns, and participate in community events, all while promoting a culture of health and fitness.

Responsibilities

• High focus on lead outreach, conversion, and generation.
• Greet everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy, and knowledge.
• Give studio tours and sell memberships to help the studio thrive and meet monthly goals.
• Follow up with prospective members and handle member concerns professionally.
• Participate in marketing and outreach events and initiatives.
• Work with the manager to hit monthly KPIs.
• Cross-train with the Operations Manager to assist with facility issues.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the fitness realm.
• Strong sales and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to establish effective working relationships with both prospective and existing members.
• Proven flexibility and willingness to handle various tasks independently and to meet deadlines.
