About The Position

As a Sales Manager at FCAH Aerospace, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and enhancing customer engagement within the aviation industry. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Aviation Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5+ years in the aviation industry, with at least 5+ years in a sales role.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Deep understanding of aviation products, services, and industry dynamics.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong research, analytical, and time management skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with the Quantum Component Control aviation ERP software system.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to understand their aviation needs and provide customized product recommendations.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking and proactive outreach.
  • Prepare accurate quotes, ensure timely follow-ups, and manage the order entry process.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Expand existing accounts and acquire new customers based on market trends and customer needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Track key performance metrics such as pipeline development, conversion rates, and revenue forecasts.
  • Collaborate with finance and operations teams for accurate billing and timely payment collection.
  • Work closely with customer service, operations, and technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all sales activities.
