About the position

The Sales Manager at DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Boston - Westborough is responsible for achieving and exceeding sales goals within assigned market segments. Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales goals within assigned market segments.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects.
• Manage sales activities and strategies to drive revenue.
• Collaborate with the Operations TEAM to ensure exceptional service delivery.
• Utilize computer programs and tools to track sales performance and client interactions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Sales Manager experience in a hotel environment.
• Four-year college degree from an accredited institution desired.
• Solid computer skills and knowledge of various discipline-focused computer programs, including strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills including follow up, time management, ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Brand related experience highly desired.
