About the position

The Sales Manager at Volt 31 will lead licensing sales initiatives in the wellness industry, focusing on chiropractic, massage, and stretch services. This role is pivotal in expanding the Volt 31 brand by building and managing relationships with chiropractors and investors, driving new licensing opportunities, and ensuring alignment with brand expansion objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive new licensing opportunities within targeted regions.
• Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and initial outreach to closing licensing agreements.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects, using direct outreach, networking, and participation in industry events.
• Deliver presentations and proposals that effectively communicate Volt 31's value proposition.
• Coordinate with internal teams to align sales goals with brand expansion objectives.
• Provide sales forecasts and performance reports for leadership review.
• Lead weekly sales meetings, setting targets and mentoring team members on best practices for high-impact sales.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or sales management, ideally in healthcare, wellness, or a related field.
• Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record in managing and motivating a sales team.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
