About the position

The Sales Manager is responsible for training, inspiring, and leading the Sales team to maximize sales leads and ensure adherence to the organization's selling system. This role involves day-to-day management of the Sales team with a primary focus on maximizing revenue while maintaining profit margins.

Responsibilities

  • Train and inspire the Sales team to maximize sales leads.
  • Ensure the Sales team follows the organization's selling system.
  • Manage daily job requirements of the Sales team.
  • Focus on maximizing revenue while holding margins.
  • Coach and mentor sales personnel on effective selling techniques.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 2 or more years of HVAC Sales Management experience preferred.
  • Sales Management experience required.
  • Knowledge and understanding of marketing and financing concepts.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite products, including Excel and Word.
