As a Sales Manager at Rent One, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

• Ensure client satisfaction by determining product needs, facilitating the sales process, scheduling delivery/installation, and following up.
• Verify that store merchandise is clean, attractive, and organized.
• Assist the store manager in the profitable, efficient, and organized operation of the store.
• Utilize digital communication platforms for managing sales leads (text, phone, computer/email).
• Assist co-workers during peak activity times, absences, and planned time off.

Requirements

• 1 - 3 years of sales experience in a retail environment preferred, but not required; training is provided.
• Must comply with drug-free workplace program and pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Must have a valid driver's license and maintain a driving record that complies with organizational standards.

Nice-to-haves

• Previous rent-to-own experience is desirable, but not necessary; training is provided.
