About the position

The Sales Manager for Pavion's fire business unit is responsible for driving sales performance, managing customer relationships, and ensuring the achievement of secured order volume. This role emphasizes customer advocacy, pipeline management, and leveraging sales enablement tools to support the sales team in meeting their goals. The Sales Manager will also focus on organizational agility, resource maximization, and talent development within the sales function.

Responsibilities

  • Align with front line sellers to support customer relationships and secure business.
  • Meet or exceed secured order volume for business units in scope.
  • Drive the cross-sell program and manage the sales process and pipeline.
  • Manage the creation of new pipeline through new logo capture and account management.
  • Ensure accurate and current pipeline management using the CRM platform.
  • Drive sales performance by leveraging sales enablement tools and lead campaigns.
  • Apply the Pavion Sales Improvement process to coach talent to success.
  • Navigate the organization to support customer needs and align with Pavion strategies.
  • Maximize enablement investments for sales teams through resource leverage.
  • Plan market coverage and sales staffing for growth based on market data and competitive landscape.
  • Lead the sales team with servant leadership skills and support talent development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of leading sellers and leaders of sellers
  • Knowledge of NYC and Long Island Fire Codes
  • Ability to attract and retain top sales talent
  • Track record of growth and business performance
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record

Benefits
