Responsibilities

• Assist in hiring, training, leading, and retaining high-quality team members.
• Ensure a deep talent bench by continuously developing internal talent and attracting external talent.
• Provide coaching to sales team members to improve sales and profit results.
• Use metrics to coach proper behaviors for a world-class selling organization.
• Lead weekly sales and training meetings addressing corporate and individual store needs.
• Plan to ensure there is never a vacancy in any key sales position.
• Utilize Sales Training to enhance product knowledge, selling skills, and operational efficiencies.
• Resolve conflicts among team members and build a cohesive team.
• Partner with Human Resources to stay updated on training, development, and legal requirements.
• Effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 2+ years of leadership experience.
• Proven negotiation and analytical skills with professional business acumen.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
