About the position

The Sales Manager at R3 Roofing & Exteriors is responsible for leading and inspiring a sales team in the Commercial and Residential Storm Restoration Industry. This role involves managing sales processes, conducting property damage inspections, guiding clients through insurance claims, and ensuring effective communication with potential clients. Responsibilities

• Conduct free property damage inspections and assessments promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a high level of prospecting, referral generation, and contract closures for roofing, siding, and gutters.
• Utilize field technology tools for activity tracking and damage documentation.
• Execute trained sales processes effectively.
• Collaborate with property owners and insurance adjusters to create, negotiate, and finalize insurance claim projects.
• Communicate proactively with property owners throughout the process to ensure their satisfaction and secure future business and referrals.

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Physical ability to carry, set up, and climb ladders.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.

Nice-to-haves
