About the position

Vanity Art is seeking a highly motivated and experienced National Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts across the country. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bathroom furniture and fixtures sales, coupled with an extensive network of relationships with local retailers, showrooms, designers, builders, developers, and plumbing stores. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills and a proven track record in driving sales growth and building strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a national sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market share expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including local retailers, showrooms, designers, builders, developers, and plumbing stores.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base and increase sales.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the national sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement effective promotional campaigns and sales initiatives.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
  • Negotiate and close high-value deals with key accounts.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and establish new connections.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a National Sales Manager or similar role, with a strong focus on bathroom furniture and fixtures.
  • Established network of contacts within the bathroom furniture industry, including retailers, showrooms, designers, builders, developers, and plumbing stores.
  • Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and achieving targets.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • MBA is a plus.
