Sales Manager

About the position

As a Sales Manager at Brookdale, you will play a crucial role in guiding families and older adults through the sales journey, from initial interest to move-in. This position requires collaboration with local professionals to generate referral leads and partnership with leadership to develop and execute sales and marketing plans aimed at achieving community revenue and occupancy goals. The role is supported by a comprehensive onboarding program and ongoing education to ensure success in a mission-driven organization.

Responsibilities

• Guide families and older adults through the sales journey from interest to move-in.
• Generate professional referral leads from local medical, financial, and legal professionals, as well as religious leaders and other organizations.
• Partner with leadership to develop and execute sales and marketing plans to meet or exceed community revenue and occupancy goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred or equivalent combination of experience and education required.
• Valid driver's license.
• Minimum of 2 years relevant and recent sales experience, preferably in Senior Living.
• Strong working knowledge of technology, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and electronic documentation.
