About the position

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to join our team at Granite and Marble Specialties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and guiding the sales team to achieve company sales targets and objectives, while also managing key customer accounts and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Analyze sales data and trends to develop strategic sales plans
• Manage key customer accounts and maintain strong relationships through effective account management
• Lead negotiations with clients to secure profitable deals
• Utilize CRM software to track sales activities and performance
• Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to the sales team
• Drive outside sales activities to expand market reach
• Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction
• Demonstrate technical sales expertise in promoting technology products or services

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales management with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets
• Strong background in technical or technology sales preferred
• Excellent market knowledge and understanding of industry trends
• Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM tools
• Outstanding leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team
