We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Manager to join our team and drive revenue growth. As a Sales Manager at Ylopo, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented and passionate team and be part of a fast-growing company.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop a high-performing sales team, including hiring, training, and coaching sales professionals
  • Drive sales objectives, KPIs, and sales targets, and monitor team performance against these metrics
  • Identify new sales opportunities and build relationships with key customers and partners
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products, market, and competition
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall business strategy
  • Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to customers and prospects

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related experience
  • 5+ years of experience in sales or business development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and coach a team of sales professionals
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop insights and recommendations
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, sales automation tools, and other sales technologies

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in the real estate industry is a plus

  • The salary range for this position is $80,000(Flexible) with an OTE of $150 - $180k
