About the position
The Sales Manager position at Confie is a leadership role focused on driving sales performance and mentoring a team to achieve operational targets. Responsibilities
- Lead the sales team's daily performance and targets
- Expand business by building relationships with existing customers
- Coach sales team members to deliver consistent customer care
- Oversee the sales team to achieve operational targets
- Assist with escalated customer service issues
- Execute all aspects of Store Operational Excellence (SOE)
Requirements
- Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license preferred
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- 2 or 4 year college degree or equivalent experience/education
- Previous experience leading, coaching, and mentoring sales teams
- Understanding of fiduciary duty and maintaining high levels of integrity and ethics
- Ability to build relationships with sales customers
- Ambitious professional motivated by opportunity for advancement
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
