About the position

The Sales Manager at Level 10 in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, is a full-time leadership role focused on driving sales performance across various channels, including retail and direct-to-consumer. This position involves managing and mentoring sales teams, developing strategic business plans, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction while achieving revenue goals. Responsibilities

  • Support and motivate sales teams to meet and exceed quotas while maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Build and implement strategic business development, budgeting, and quota plans to achieve profit expectations.
  • Prioritize and plan work activities, developing realistic action plans to address quota or budget shortfalls.
  • Identify and resolve root issues in a timely manner by gathering and analyzing information.
  • Work with internal teams to develop and implement long-lasting solutions.

Requirements

  • Five years or more of related sales and/or management experience is required.
  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) or equivalent in related fields is preferred.
  • Proven leadership and business acumen skills with the ability to simplify, delegate, predict, systemize, and build structure.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in supervising and motivating team members.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM management.

Nice-to-haves

  • Understanding and/or use and implementation of EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) is a plus.
