About the position

As a Sales Manager at Brookdale, you will guide families and older adults through the sales journey, working both inside and outside the community. This role involves generating referral leads, partnering with leadership to develop sales and marketing plans, and contributing to community revenue and occupancy goals. Responsibilities

• Guide families and older adults through the sales journey from interest to move-in.
• Generate professional referral leads from local professionals and organizations.
• Partner with leadership to develop and execute sales and marketing plans.
• Meet or exceed community revenue and occupancy goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred or equivalent combination of experience and education required.
• Valid driver's license.
• Minimum of 2 years relevant and recent sales experience, preferably in Senior Living.
• Strong working knowledge of technology and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in Senior Living sales is preferred.
