About the position

Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of New Home Sales Consultants to drive sales and achieve community success.
  • Recruit, select, and train new sales team members.
  • Conduct monthly goal-setting sessions and facilitate weekly group training.
  • Motivate the sales team to meet and exceed annual sales goals.
  • Provide ongoing development and training for team members.

Requirements

  • Proven top-producing sales record.
  • Experience in training, managing, and motivating a team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both in-person and over the phone.
  • Willingness to work on weekends.
  • Valid driver's license.
