The Regional B2B Business Sales Manager at Bisnow is a pivotal role focused on driving event sponsorship sales within the commercial real estate sector. This position combines sales expertise with team-building skills, aiming to establish and maintain relationships with marketing executives while managing a portfolio of high-volume business. The role is designed for a dynamic individual who thrives in a hybrid work environment, balancing remote work with in-office collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain relationships with marketing executives across various asset classes and sectors.
  • Drive event sponsorship sales through in-depth research and confirmation of sponsor participation.
  • Assist the event production department in creating sponsor-friendly programs that align with client interests.
  • Brainstorm fresh and relevant topic ideas to adapt to industry trends.
  • Understand and exceed individual and team KPIs on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Document daily activities in Salesforce CRM.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to accelerate the sales cycle and extend reach into target accounts.
  • Participate enthusiastically in all events, activities, and training sessions as directed by the office leader.
  • Attend and emcee all events in the market.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the marketplace to deliver value to partners.
  • Become an expert on the Bisnow platform to advise partners on valuable products.
  • Investigate and resolve client concerns.
  • Prospect potential strategic partners for Bisnow's platforms.
  • Manage and own strategic sales cycles focusing on client goals and company success metrics.

Requirements

  • 3 - 5 years of direct B2B outside sales experience, preferably in Commercial Real Estate or Advertising Sales.
  • Strong sales skills including fact-finding, proposals, pitches, follow-ups, and closing.
  • Ability to work in a high-energy, fast-paced, frequently-changing sales environment.
  • Demonstrated experience excelling in a group or team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to assess situations and make decisions.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in commercial real estate or advertising sales is preferred.
  • A natural relationship builder and hunter who loves closing deals.
  • Strong intellectual curiosity and a desire for continuous improvement.
