About the position

The Sales Manager at BoomerangFX will lead and inspire a dynamic sales team while managing the company's healthcare practice management software. This role involves training, mentoring, and developing Business Development Representatives and Account Executives to drive sales performance and achieve revenue targets. The Sales Manager will also utilize the company's integrated software to streamline operations and enhance sales processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Business Development Representatives and Account Executives.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed revenue targets.
• Optimize the sales funnel, analyze data, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Leverage integrated clinic practice management software to streamline operations.
• Facilitate and coordinate cross-departmental projects for timely execution.
• Work closely with Business Development and Account Executives to align on sales strategies.
• Utilize inbound sales strategies to attract and convert prospects.
• Improve call center operations and sales processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales Management, healthcare or related fields.
• Proven experience in a leadership role with a strong track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Experience in managing a high-volume sales funnel and inbound sales techniques.
