About the position

The Sales Manager at Roof and Realm is responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding the customer base through active sales efforts and strategic partnerships. This role involves identifying new sales opportunities, following up with leads, organizing open houses, attending industry events, and collaborating with the marketing team to enhance lead generation and customer acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
• Generate and follow up on leads to further the sales process and increase conversion rates.
• Demonstrate product features and benefits to potential customers.
• Set and achieve sales goals and objectives aligned with company targets.
• Adhere to Roof and Realm's '10 Points of Contact' strategy to optimize closing rates.
• Provide tracking and analytics to management, including insights on target marketing areas.
• Collaborate with marketing to enhance lead quality and capture new clients.
• Follow up with both past clients and non-converted leads as directed by management.
• Develop expertise in modular construction, communicating its benefits effectively.

Requirements

• Proven success in sales and marketing roles, with a track record of exceeding quotas.
• Strong management experience with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
• Excellent phone presence, skilled in making multiple calls daily.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and web-based productivity tools.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong listening and presentation skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and handle multiple assignments.
