  • Innovate and explore avenues to heighten customer satisfaction and loyalty, thereby boosting repeat business.
  • Establish robust partnerships with team members and the Brand Manager, ensuring seamless alignment of business goals and objectives.
  • Lead efforts for employee training and development, nurturing career growth and optimal performance.
  • Oversee the implementation of business policies, processes, and procedures within the store, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Facilitate recruitment and training for new hires, ensuring their preparedness for effective contributions.
  • Utilize data and business reports for informed decision-making and the formulation of performance enhancement strategies.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree in business administration or related field
  • 2 years of Managerial Experience
  • Desired experience in optical/clinical fields
  • Eligibility to work in the United States (Work Permit/Green Card/Citizenship)
  • 1+ years of retail sales experience within a specialty environment
  • Highly resourceful, flexible, and adept at timely problem-solving
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of retail business dynamics, demands, and needs
