About the position

The Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations of the sales office under the direction of the Branch Manager. This role includes managing office staff, training new Sales Associates, and ensuring the office runs productively. The Sales Manager also acts as a liaison between the Branch Office and Corporate Headquarters and conducts sales meetings in the absence of the Branch Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain the productive operation of the sales office in cooperation with the Branch Manager.
  • Train new Sales Associates on company policies and procedures.
  • Supervise and teach the office's New Associate Training Program.
  • Assist Sales Associates with sales-related problems and questions.
  • Assist the Branch Manager with recruiting new Sales Associates.
  • Conduct sales meetings in the absence of the Branch Manager.
  • Serve as a liaison between the Branch Office and Corporate Headquarters as directed.

Requirements

  • Must have real estate experience and a license consistent with the regulations in the state where the office is located.
  • Broker's license required.
  • Must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Prior supervisory/management experience is preferable.
